CSV Import Requirements

Make sure your CSV file meets these requirements before uploading.

Required Headers

POLICY_NO, Product, POL_REF_NO, SIMULATION_NUMBER, POLICY_STATUS, Frequency, GROSS_PREMIUM, POLICY_VALUE, DOB, USER_NAME, USER_REF, START_DATE, Start Month, Start year, NEXT_COLLECTION_DATE, ONBOARDING, NUMBER_OF_PAYMENTS

Data Format Rules

POLICY_NO: Must follow format SISP-0000XXX, SMSD-0000XXX, or SISD-0000XXX
Product: Must be either Simple_Saver or Smart_Saver
POLICY_STATUS: Must be A (Active), S (Surrendered), C (Cancelled), N (New), or P (Proposal)
Frequency: Must be Monthly, Annual, Annually, or Single
Proposal policies: Policies with status 'P' will have POLICY_VALUE and NUMBER_OF_PAYMENTS as 0
Date fields: Should be in MM/DD/YYYY format
